Municipal Support Programme IPA 2007 "Good Local Governance, Planning and Service Delivery" , an EU funded project, offers towns and municipalities in the Republic of Serbia technical support and ad-hoc advices in designing the best financial structure to meet the long term financial needs - refinancing current debt or financing new capital investment projects through municipal bond issuance.
